With the proliferation of smartphones and social networking services, opportunities for individuals to take photographs have increased exponentially. In a previous study, perceived gloss an object was reduced by its representing as digital image compared with real object. It is also known that editing, such lossy compression, can reduce glossiness image. Therefore, objects may be easily changed in images; thus, method appropriately editing images required post-processing. this we propose appearance various material single The proposed consists three steps: color space conversion, detection, editing. relationship between respective reflection models inhomogeneous objects, metallic translucent analyzed. Consequently, determined equivalent specular component object, grazing We applied test including materials confirmed effectiveness through subjective evaluation visual inspection objective using statistics.
